Yeast Broken
Sample:
The sample is not live bacteria, and the temperature requirement is not high, and need spray drying later.
Sample: Yeast is a clean yeast that has been washed with water,etc.

1:4 dilution | 10 | 70% | 3 | 50 | 6.0% |
Experimental purpose:
Use a high-pressure homogenizer to crush the yeast and see the crushing effect.
Experimental process:
Equipment:INOH10, Test flow 1300bar, Water flow 96L/h
Clean yeast, content 6%, coated narrow side valve 1300bar, process 5 times
Experimental result:
Observe the sample with a microscope and stain the bacteria with methylene blue. In the field of view, there are some unbroken bacteria in the blue colony, and the other unstained fragments are broken bacterial fragments.
After the 2nd crushing, bacteria-water dilution ratio 1:3;
After the 4th crushing, bacteria-water dilution ratio 1:3;
After the 5th crushing, bacteria-water dilution ratio 1:1.

Experiment summary:
1、After 5 times of breaking, the dilution ratio is 1:1, and there are still some blue bacteria in the field of microscope inspection, but very few.
2、Microscopic observation is only a preliminary judgment.According to the follow-up test of the customer, the wall is basically broken.
3、Broken yeast is not only related to pressure, but also related to valve body structure.The customer used other brand homogenizer before, 1800bar, and the yeast was basically not broken.The crushing force of the narrow valve is larger.
