The JXFSTPRP-4D Three-Dimensional Sample Grinder features a fast, efficient, multi-tube system capable of extracting and purifying original DNA, RNA, and proteins from any source, including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, and paleontological specimens.
Operation principle
1. Place the sample and grinding balls into the grinder (equipped with grinding jars or centrifuge tubes/adapters).
2. Under high-frequency oscillation, the grinding balls rapidly collide and rub within the grinder, breaking cells, homogenizing, and disrupting cell walls in a very short time.
3. Quickly release original DNA, RNA, and proteins, facilitating subsequent extraction and purification.
Application scope
1. Suitable for grinding and crushing in food and pharmaceutical ingredient analysis and testing.
2. Suitable for grinding and crushing various plant tissues (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, etc.) and samples of fungi and bacteria.
