STP Chromatography system

STP protein chromatography system is a new generation of multi-functional, desktop protein chromatography system, its compact and rational layout design reduces the overall delay volume of the flow path, and the integrated valve design allows for more flexible and automated flow path switching. It is primarily used for laboratory-level process research and method development, catering to the purification of target products such as proteins, antibodies, vaccines, nucleic acids, and diagnostic materials ranging from micrograms to tens of grams.

Technical Features

  • Low pulsation, high precision, dual plunger infusion pump.

  • Peek+ Good biological compatibility, streamlined flow path design, small dead volume, high salt stable operation.

  • Pump A (large size valve head, 8 channels), pump B (large size valve head, 8 channels), integrated bubble detection.

  • Multi-function injection valve is compatible with a wide range of injection methods.

  • pH valve supports multiple flow path modes: bypass, pH, pressure, pressure & pH and waste conditions. It can provide real time pH monitoring accurately.

  • The brand-new five-column valve connection system enables the selection of different chromatography columns and comes with integrated bypass and reverse flushing functions.

  • The new PURfect P® software perfectly integrates DOE functions to achieve optimal process conditions and results with minimal experimental investment and intelligent analysis.
